Andrew specialises in Children and Family Law dealing with care proceedings, acting for parents to get their children back after they've been taken into care, acting for parents wanting Contact with children in care and parents applying for contact and Residence Orders.

Andrew is responsible for the strategic planning, business development and operation of the Practice. He initiated and continues to work towards the improvement of the Quality Assurance procedures operating throughout the firm. Andrew has driven forward the Information Technology solutions, which form a crucial part of the efficiencies available to clients, and is actively involved in promoting the practice's legal services through pro-active marketing.

Malcolm has considerable expertise in Employment Law representing an extensive range of commercial clients, many of whom are "household names". His portfolio includes Blue Chip Companies and other business enterprises nationwide. He provides advice to organisations on Employment Policy and Procedures and representation before Employment and Employment Appeal Tribunals. He is member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Peter provides legal advice to businesses, particularly the needs of small to medium size enterprises. Peter has many years of experience in advising on issues such as start-ups, partnerships, commercial contracts, shareholders agreement, succession planning and insolvency. Individual clients also form part of Peter's portfolio whom he advises on matters as diverse as Inheritance Tax Advice, Bank Securities and Property.

Emma has a wealth of experience and know how on property matters, with over ten years of experience in residential property within Nottingham.  She divides her time between commercial and residential matters.  Specialising in advising both private buyers and investors on a wide range of property matters including freehold, leasehold sales and purchases, commercial leaseholds, landlord and tenant work.

Emma’s clients include investors, private buyers, property clubs and developers, who all find her attention to detail and advice on complex property matters invaluable.

Sally specialises in providing practical employment advice to a wide range of clients including many national house hold names.
She deals with both employee and employer clients in relation to issues including unfair dismissal and discrimination.  She also deals with non contentious matters including drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies.
Sally joined Andersons in 2001 and is a key member of the employment team.  She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Anthony joined Andersons Solicitors in 2004.  He specialises solely in employment law where his workload is varied and includes both claimant and respondent work, including advising clients on compromise agreements, dismissal and discrimination.

Anthony is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Stephen specialises in offering practical advice to employees who are facing a wide range of employment issues relating to and including part time working, redundancy, unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, disability, race, sex and age discrimination. He also advises on Compromise Agreements.

Sarah specialises in giving practical and pragmatic advice on medium to high net worth claims arising from the breakdown of a marriage or cohabitation. She advises on the likely order the Court might make in relation to property, lump sums of money, maintenance and the sharing of pension benefits.

She also has experience in cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and separation agreements.

Sarah is a member of Resolution and of Nottingham law Society.
 

Emma trained as a Solicitor at Andersons Solicitors and qualified within the Family Law Department in 2005.  She developed an early interest in family law and in 2004 won an award from the Nottingham branch of the Solicitors’ Family Law Association for her overall strength and performance in the LPC family papers.

Emma’s areas of expertise include; advising clients on divorce and separation, children and contact disputes, cohabitation agreements and violence within the home. 

Her calm and understanding nature is very much appreciated by clients who are often going through emotional turmoil.

Patricia is an extremely experienced Paralegal where she has been providing invaluable assistance to the Family Department here at Andersons Solicitors since joining the firm in 2001.

Her particular areas of expertise are divorce, violence in the home, child protection conference and care proceedings, parents applying for residence and contact orders, domestic violence injunctions and change of name.

Leigh specialises in aspects of the Children Act with particular experience in residence and contact disputes, issues surrounding parental responsibility and exercise of the same, removal from the jurisdiction, domestic violence in the home including non molestation and occupation proceedings.

Leigh also has experience in Divorce, separation and cohabitation matters.
 

Lindsey has over 10 years experience working in a busy conveyancing department.

She currently assists Emma Dancer on a wide range of conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and right to buys, the preparation of Home Information Packs (HIPs) and dealing with new properties as well as acting for a wide range of investor clients.
