Explanation of Solicitors Fixed Fee and disbursements:

Our fixed fee covers all work up to and including enforcement of the Judgment but you will be responsible for all
disbursements payable to third parties e.g. Court, Bailiffs and Land Registry fees.

Such disbursements are added onto the judgement debt and therefore can be recovered from the defendant. The court fees
applicable (such as the fee shown above for issuing proceedings) will be those in force at the time of instruction and are subject to review by the Lord
Chancellor.

Any debt, interest, disbursements or fixed costs recovered will be credited to your account.

The fixed fee scale above will not apply and we will charge our normal hourly rate. Please note that the that the
