After spending the last ten years working on a
wide range of property deals in the Nottingham area,
Emma Dancer has joined city firm Andersons Solicitors to help expand the scope and volume of its property service.
Emma took a law degree at Manchester University and completed her training in Stafford before moving to Nottingham, where
she has been building a strong
reputation with local law firms. She has extensive experience of
all aspects of residential conveyancing, including schemes incorporating property elements within self-investment pensions. Increasingly she has also worked with a growing range of investors in the buying and leasing
commercial property - helping both new and expanding businesses -and on plot development projects.
