2) Slip & Trip
As a general rule if you trip for example on a raised paving slab or a hole in the pavement or public
highway and the hole or raised slab exceeds 2.5cm ( one inch ) then it is likely that you have a viable claim to claim for compensation. Even if the hole / raised paving slab is less
than 2.5cm there are special circumstances where you can nevertheless successfully gain compensation.
