Funding Advice - Employer

Our hourly rates vary depending on the seniority of the lawyer acting for you.

We are happy to discuss our hourly rates with you and provide you with an estimate of the total costs. We will ask you for payments on account of your costs and account to you periodically for work done. If you wish, you can place a cap on the level of costs that are to be incurred at teach stage so that you can review your expenditure from time to time.

In addition, we can offer fixed price fees in the following areas:

·        preparing & negotiating compromise agreements

·        in-house training

·        employment law health checks

·        Telephone advice line

·       Initial review of existing Employment  Tribunal proceedings

·        Employment Tribunal representation
